Quinta Amores (San Miguel de Allende, Mexico)

Located in the charming Los Frailes neighborhood of San Miguel de Allende, Quinta Amores is a boutique hotel designed by renowned Mexican architect Ian Pablo Amores. The property boasts a pink facade and a beautifully landscaped garden lounge, complete with winding paths and a sunken conversation pit. Within the hotel, there are four suites, including two single-storey rooms at the front and two multi-level volumes at the back suitable for families. Each guest room features a private exterior space, accessed through a small courtyard separated from the communal garden by a stone wall.

Some of these courtyards even include a sculptural stone bathtub. The hotel's exterior surfaces are all adorned in a striking pink hue, providing a striking contrast to the natural stone floors and verdant greenery of the courtyard. Inside, guests will find a warm and inviting atmosphere, with wooden furniture, red tile floors, and simple white walls.
